The project name Errorhead has been buzzing around the country for almost fifteen years. The extraordinary guitarist Marcus Deml was and still is the center of attention. Eight years ago, there was an instrumental work to marvel at with "Error Rhythm". Then there was radio silence. Since two years the signs are green for a new Errorhead project, in which bassist Frank Itt, drummer Zacky Tsoukas and singer Andrew Gräser joined Deml. The quartet could hardly have come up with a better title than "Organic Pill" for their twelve song CD. He hits the famous nail on the head right on. Not that Deml had been particularly restrained in guitar technique (which would have been a shame), but there is actually a rock band feeling here. Errorhead sound original and future-oriented on "Organic Pill". And this despite the fact that they casually shake Classic Rock and Blues Rock standards ("Fool In Love") out of their sleeves. Of course there are self-absorbed instrumentals ("Irish Kids", "Mr:Gonzales") and the jazzy tempo changes, but it's never head music.
