On "Sky Burial" Metal of the most extreme kind meets all kinds of psychedelic gimmicks and sounds in the proven Pink-Floyd wide wall format. Of course, the guys of the band from Richmond, Virginia remain workhorses and metalheads. This makes Inter Arma more than clear with a piece like "The Survival Fires" - epic, heavy and furious. The rest is an accessory, but makes the eight pieces more interesting, five of which are in the ten-minute range.
