With "Les Voyages De L'Âme" the band around singer Neige has recorded their most harmonic, melancholic and longing work so far. Surprisingly, it offers a lot of positive basic moods, which are otherwise absolutely taboo in Atmo-Metal. The brilliant guitar broadsides, which nevertheless dominate this album, stroll more in Wall Of Sound than in Metal. Each of the eight songs contained here develops into a hymn that evokes intoxicating states. But there are also vocals that glide down to the extreme in the wide-screen epic "Là Où Naissent Les Couleurs Nouvelles". But these fit so harmoniously into the concept that you wouldn't want to miss them anymore. With shimmering guitars and a bombastic sound, the title song once again cements the modern art-rock aspect, "Faiseurs De Mondes", perhaps the most uncompromising song on the album, jubilating in higher spheres. And "Summer's Glory" wallows in wonderful Nordic spheres, which are otherwise only to be found at Sigur Rós.
