De Staat also had time for a break after the third album "I_Con", which hit the Netherlands like the proverbial bomb and made it to second place in the Dutch charts. It now comes in the form of this EP in deluxe format, with eight songs that really have it in them. Because "Vinticious Versions" does not contain new numbers, but selected pieces from the previous three De-Staat albums. They were re-recorded and shine in a new guise. Torre Florim and his band, which was actually born out of necessity, because the musician was not able to realize his eccentric ideas alone and therefore had to surround himself with some sympathizers, nothing is too weird, nothing too weird, nothing too strange, not to be packed into a sound format somehow. With their excursions into cabaret, rap, folk and swamp blues, De Staat also prove that they are available for almost any nonsense.
