The band members look on the cover like wanted criminals. The reason is the story of their new concept album, which, like its predecessor "Beyond Man And Time", deals with daring philosophical topics. RPWL gives people a recipe disguised as a homeopathic remedy called "Veritas Forte", which, in Plato's sense, can lead them into a world of absolute freedom beyond all illusions and shadow worlds. The leaders of the authoritarian world religions are not amused, which is why the band has to go underground. "Revelation" initially only lists the following musical themes. The great "Swords And Guns" plays beside harder sounds also with oriental harmonies like Led Zeppelin. Yogi Lang's Moogsolo performed here has Manfred Mannsche collar width. The title track can't really convince with its pleasing melody, but as a single for radio it serves its purpose. "Hide And Seek" is a beautiful midtempo ballad with a guitar, which really goes to the full towards the end - with a classic Purple organ and again this wonderfully howling Moog. The speaking voice at "Disbelief" is a matter of taste. But if against Songende the Animals-Floyd came out, it is simply wonderful. Kalle Wallner's "Astronomy- Domine" guitar turns crown the elegiac Gilmour drama "Misguided Thought". The longtrack "The Attack" could have taken even more King Crimson darkness in the first half. But Wallner's twisted guitar sounds as well as the clear harmonic vocal structures have a lasting effect. With the sumptuous acoustic conclusion of "A New Dawn", another catchy tune is achieved. "Wanted" doesn't quite reach the uniqueness of its predecessor and isn't that loaded musically either, but it shines all the more with exquisite songs. And adds another sparkling gemstone to RPWL's very own Philosopher Artrock.
