The electric guitars remain important, but loops and other electronic elements have also found their place in the songwriting of the indie pop musicians from southern Germany. Five different producers contributed to the final product and this approach paid off. The formula, which, together with intelligent, thoughtful lyrics, ensures that the silver disc can be applied to one's body several times in order to find more and more details that are worth listening to, is diverse and yet not arbitrary. The twelve songs (plus a more or less hidden track) show the band in creative top form. Minimalist electronic pieces like "Broke My Backbone", electronic eighties excursions ("Remote Control"), atmospheric indie treasures like "All Show", the "Next Big Thing" reminiscent of Muse and the title track as well as world music borrowings à la "Silk Road Blues" invite you to an acoustic journey of discovery. The map for this is provided by the opener "Anybody Have A Roadmap" with its mix of electronics, indie and risk of catchy tunes.
