PETER FRAMPTON will play one last time in Germany as part of his farewell tour
PETER FRAMPTON will really be performing for the last time in Germany in early June 2020! The reason: A rare, inflammatory muscle disease was found in the guitarist/vocalist. As long as she does not restrict him as an instrumentalist, he has decided to go on tour and release CDs.
That's how "All Blues" came out in 2019. Frampton and his companions Adam Lester (guitar, vocals), Rob Arthur (keyboards, guitar, vocals) and Dan Wojciechowski (drums) present new interpretations of his personal favourites from the blues genre.
For the final farewell concerts, the American-by-choice, apart from this current album, can draw from the rich repertoire of a career spanning over 50 years. Amongst others, it produced the world hits "Show Me The Way", "Baby I Love Your Way" and "Do You Feel Like We Do?
Tickets for Peter Frampton's two-hour show are now on sale...
The Blow Monkeys also join the line of bands from the eighties who seem to be experiencing a second spring. The group around Robert Howard had landed some small hits and had even been able to place a number on the soundtrack of "Dirty Dancing" (which probably filled the band's coffers well).
