"Elinoire", the debut of the ambitious Flaming Row project, hit with full force three years ago. Martin Schnella, mastermind behind Flaming Row, has now created a new brilliant rock opera. Together with his core team, which includes singer Kiri Geile, saxophonist and keyboarder Marek Arnold and drummer Niklas Kahl, and again with several guests who contribute instrumentally, but essentially take on the various vocal roles. The guest list this time includes Dave Meros (Spock's Beard), Arjen Anthony Lucasson, Diego Teieida (Haken) and also the Shadow Gallery people Gary Wehrkamp and Nathan Brenton. In a special edition the album is even released as a double CD. The second CD offers an instrumental version of the album. You're gonna miss the story: The sci-fi story is about the aliens "Minders" who declare war on Earth. The differences to "Elinoire" lie in the detail. Schnella and Co. have remained true to each other in terms of standards, pathos and sound. It is scooped from the full.
