Only a few weeks after his impressive album "Mimi", with which the lively Briton Oliver Barrett alias Petrels advanced towards post-rock, he releases another work. The two 20-minute tracks "The Silver Chimney Club" and "Wat Tyler" were written before "Mima" and are technically far away from his opulent sound paintings. While the first track is brittle ambient at the edge to the industrial, the second one already shows some harmonies that point in the direction of "Mima".
