In Australia Blank Realm enjoy a certain underground cult status. Your new work "Go Easy" will certainly do its part, even if it is one with light and shadow. You hate singing or you love it. The latter is hard, because these thin voices are certainly so wanted and are supposed to spread their punk charm in all naivety and provocation as well, but in the end it still takes a lot of getting used to, if not often just annoying for most people. The melodies go straight into the ear, which shouldn't be surprising considering their simplicity. The music is completely different: postpunk with wonderfully shrill rhythm guitars, all kinds of fuzz sounds and funny sounds of synthesizer and organ, with which Blank Realm move on the tracks of the Flaming Lips. Amazing that the eight songs are not short and crisp. Because they can easily cross the seven- or eight-minute limit, with rockabilly, psych sounds and forward twist. Simple calculation: 3 points for the vocals, 7 points for the music. That's five together.

Top Track: Pendulum Swing
