Surf City and TV Personalities combine two things: the slightly flippant vocals and a feeling for light, never exaggerated noise. The New Zealand foursome shines in every respect the sun from the very back and you can clearly see that there was a lot of fun in the game here. In addition to wavy semi-pop songs, the band also offers great moments in rock, such as the brilliant "Song From A Short Lived TV Series", which flatters the ears with jubilant guitars.
