The adventurous acoustic trip of Heron Oblivion's debut album begins with fairylike singing and bucolic hippie sounds - all in the tradition of singer Jacqui McShee and her legendary folk rock formation Pentangle. But the idyll is deceptive, because in the background lurking guitars and deep atmospheric sound collages are lurking, sometimes repetitive, sometimes powerful. From now on, a lot happens on the untitled work of the quartet, which musically belongs to the British scene, but whose members come from the USA.
