HEIRS - Hunter (EP)

The Heirs from Australia have always been somehow different. Not only do their frightening performances enjoy legendary status among connoisseurs. Their two predecessor albums "Alchera" and "Fowl" also live from an oppressive atmosphere including creepy artwork. Waiting for their upcoming album sweeten the "Erben des Dark Wave" with a 3-track EP. Innovation: The Night Terror member Miles Brown is integrated as a permanent member and sets with his Thriller-Theremine-Sounds the new trademark of the dark instrumentalists ("Hunter"). Highlight of the release is the Sisters-Of-Mercy cover "Neverland", which takes up almost half of the playing time; without vocals, but in typical Heirs-aesthetics: delay guitars, machine drum sound and stoic bass figures. If the upcoming album of the Australians remains true to this style, there will definitely be something big to do. Horror-Atmo, Ghost Summoning and Electronic-Seances are only suitable for an extraordinarily specialized target group. Night owls and followers of morbid sound collages will love the new songs hellishly.
