"Presenting The Problem" is the fifth album of the Norwegian trio. The fact that even journalists and experts rarely know all five works of this troupe is their biggest problem. Incomprehensible, because in an area that 15 years ago might have been considered crossover metal, Ribozyme have created their own unique sound. Songs like "Lending A Fever" are first and foremost intense and explosive. What turns out to be exciting on first hearing is at the same time another problem for the Norwegians, because you can't avoid their music. It is exhausting and makes it difficult even for inclined listeners to walk the full distance. In the digital single download age this should no longer be a problem. In the middle of the work there is also the island of peace "Caskets". More melodic and electronic than the rest of the song material, it shows the band's resources. Occasional trips to Sabbath regions during their "sabotage" and "technical ecstasy" phases facilitate access to the Ribozyme universe in parts.
