With "Minddrugs" the Düsseldorf Vibravoid 2011 delivered their probably strongest album so far. On this you'll find official psychedelic with a lot of modern indie-hardness ("What You Want"), krautrock like from a hash pipe ("Do It Alright"), distorted guitar grinding stream of the very best acid quality ("You Keep On Falling"), space patrol Orion spacesounds ("Lost Intensity") and of course the original 22-minute version of Floyd's "Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun". Now you can buy the whole thing as a double CD and 2 LP edition. It's a real gem now that tracks from the rare "What Colour Is Pink?" and "Triptamine Volume 4" EPs with live versions of Radio Sessions are included. A total of 23 tracks! So now you also get the very good single versions of "Let There Be More Light" and "A Saucerful Of Secrets". "Save My Soul" from the Kozmik Ken Radio Session rushes like an echo through the airwaves. "The Golden Escalator flies on sitar vibrations. "Mother Sky, Black Light Mushrooms and Vibraphased are the finest hippie dreams.
