Already on their debut album "Moments From Ephemeral City" (2011) Caligula's Horse had hinted at their amazing possibilities. But that their second album "The Tide, The Thief & River's End" (2013) would go through the ceiling in such a qualitative way was quite surprising (maybe also for the band itself). It would therefore have been presumptuous to speculate on another quantum leap, but in the case of "Bloom" one must at least speak of a consolidation at an extremely high level.
