How do you go about the ominous second work when the first was praised by Steven Wilson and Mike Portnoy over the clover? Especially when you're still a teenager. Three editions ago we presented the debut "Mantlepiece" by the Norwegian cousin duo Ossicles, which was created in 2011/12 and self-produced before being re-released by a label. Now the successor is available.
In 2011 the two Norwegians Sondre Veland and Bastian Veland founded their project Ossicles. In 2012 they released their debut album "Mantelpiece" on their own. The material originated mainly in the time when the two cousins were 16 or 17. Steven Wilson commented on the record in such a way that he could hardly believe that such young pounds could bring about such music.
