We agreed on a telephone interview with Brett William Kull of Rise Twain. This is also happening as planned. Surprisingly, singer JD Beck is also in the lead. The friends from Philadelphia throw themselves the balls in a good mood, and so an entertaining conversation develops about their common music project, Jeff Buckley, friendship and the right timing.
eclipsed: When I heard that Brett was part of this project, I had expected Prog à la Echolyn. Instead there is something completely different to hear. What's the matter with you?
JD Beck: He started making music with me. (laughs)
Brett William Kull: (laughs) Yeah, that's a nice way to put it.
Beck: Brett's songwriting qualities are incredible. And I think he needed me to broaden his horizons, not only to play prog, but also to penetrate into other areas. The other way around, it's the same. All right, Brett?
