"In C" is a work of almost mythical rank. The American composer Terry Riley created it in 1964 for an indefinite number of musicians. It consists of fifty-three musical phrases that may be repeated as often as desired. Each musician decides for himself when to switch from one phrase to the next.

Also with "Beyond The Red Mirror" Blind Guardian remind us of "Imaginations From The Other Side" and "Nightfall In Middle Earth". Album number 10 of the fantasy metal band can clearly be identified as the successor of "At The Edge Of Time". But the Krefelder wouldn't be Germany's most creative power metal band if they didn't present new facets of their impressive musicality again this time.
Auch mit „Beyond The Red Mirror“ erinnern Blind Guardian an „Imaginations From The Other Side“ und „Nightfall In Middle Earth“. Album Nummer 10 der Fantasy-Metaller ist damit eindeutig als Nachfolger von „At The Edge Of Time“ zu identifizieren. Doch die Krefelder wären nicht Deutschlands kreativste Power-Metal-Band, würden sie nicht auch diesmal neue Facetten ihrer beeindruckenden Musikalität präsentieren.
