KADAVAR "Berlin"

15. September 2015

Kadavar

Already the initial guitar sounds in the opener "Lord Of The Sky" show that Kadavar's third studio work is a completely different beast than his two predecessors. The sound is really amazing and since Black Sabbath's "13" there hasn't been a heavier heavy rock statement than "Berlin".

Kadavar

LOW "Ones And Sixes"

22. September 2015

Low

The times in which Low were called the "slowest band in the world" are long gone because of their records which have become more and more multi-faceted in recent years. On the one hand, it is to be welcomed that the trio constantly broadened its horizon. On the other hand, the latest albums became more and more popular. "Ones And Sixes" on the other hand sounds in parts like a return to early masterpieces like "Things We Lost In The Fire".

Low

We Lost In The Fire“.

OSSICLES "Jacket piece"

22. September 2015

Ossicles

In 2011 the two Norwegians Sondre Veland and Bastian Veland founded their project Ossicles. In 2012 they released their debut album "Mantelpiece" on their own. The material originated mainly in the time when the two cousins were 16 or 17. Steven Wilson commented on the record in such a way that he could hardly believe that such young pounds could bring about such music.

RIVERSIDE "Love, Fear And The Time Machine"

15. September 2015

Riverside

A single Hammond chord gently flows out of the boxes. And suddenly there it is: the wonderfully moving, crystal-clear voice of Mariusz Duda. In the background, Piotr Grundzińskis also gently pushes poetic guitar into focus. Then, after just one minute: what a melody! And there you are, caught in the latest sound and feeling frenzy of Riverside, who once again sound completely different and yet lovingly familiar on their sixth album "Love, Fear And The Time Machine".

Riverside
